With more than 25 years of corporate technology experience, I bring a unique blend of innovation to the field of Property Inspections.  My real estate career began in the mortgage industry in 1996 where I developed a strong understanding of financing and the complexities of homeownership.  Today I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and a licensed Property Inspector in the State of Florida. 

 

My approach to property inspection blends modern technology with an old-fashioned, hands-on attention to detail. I take the time to thoroughly walk a property, listen to client concerns, and present findings in a clear and straightforward way. By combining trusted, traditional inspection practices with today’s data-driven tools, I provide reliable insights that buyers, sellers, and investors can count on.

In addition to residential and commercial property inspections, I also provide Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, offering clients a comprehensive understanding of both the physical condition and potential environmental risks of a property. Whether working with first-time homeowners or seasoned commercial investors, my focus is on accuracy, honesty, while building confidence in every decision.

 

From a personal perspective I served as a 2nd Lieutenant and Mission/GES pilot with the Civil Air Patrol, an auxiliary of the United States Air Force (USAF), where I flew Cessnas and Blanik gliders. This experience sharpened my leadership, decision-making, and logistical skills—qualities that now carry into every inspection I perform (the airplane pictured above "288 Charlie Papa" is a Cessna 182 and it was my primary mission trainer in CAP).  I have proudly supported St. Jude for over two decades and I serve on the local Board for the University of Florida Alumni Association, Panhandle.
